After our trip to Seattle and area, we landed in Coquitlam to spend the night with the Armstrong's on Friday evening. Trina and I took the kids for a swim at
Spani pool and followed it up with a trip to DQ. Needless to say, the kids were pretty happy campers! Saturday morning we got up, got ready and headed into Vancouver for my cousins wedding in the garden at the
Stanley Park Pavilion. Neil and I and the kids toured the park a little and stumbled upon an Aboriginal celebration. We rode the train and walked around enjoying the beauty. It was HOT out but very lovely. We later headed to our hotel and then the wedding reception. It was so great to see all my Aunties, Uncles, cousins old and brand new and extended family. My Granny was beyond happy to be surrounded by everyone in her immediate family. We ate well, visited loads, did a few shots and danced. We also celebrated Oscker's 6th birthday. Congrats Shawn and Jordan! Thanks for having a wedding to bring us all together!
