Last Wednesday after work/school we headed to Vancouver for a few days. The purpose of the trip was for Jackson and Neil to go to the Canucks Home Opener but of course we fit in a lot more in the few days we were there then just the hockey game. Neil saw Ladyhawk, we visited lots of friends in Vancouver, Coquitlam and Cloverdale, shopped and ate great Mexican in Burlington/Bellingham for a full day, went to the pumpkin patch in the rain so had the whole place to ourselves and finished it all off downtown for the night in a fancy hotel. Time flies when we are away and we never get to see everyone we hope to see or have enough time to just hang out and look around. Maybe one trip in the future, we'll stay for a week or more and really get everything in we want to do before we have to come home again. Dreams.
